- At RCL’s discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, ensuring efficient and confidential resolution.
- Any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform must be initiated within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arises. Failure to do so will result in permanent waiver of the claim.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
